How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners contacting Codeademy Garage Doors to receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns We Can Review
You may raise concerns about:
- The handling of your call or message to Codeademy Garage Doors
- Our use of your personal information
- Website information that seems inaccurate or confusing
- Conduct by a provider referred through us
Concerns About Work at Your Home
Providers in our network run independent businesses. Each is responsible for its quotes, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep written records of those discussions.
Tell us about the problem too. Feedback helps us support honest conduct within the network. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Codeademy Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Details to Include
Email your complaint to contact@codeademy.lat. Please include:
- Your name and contact information
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you dialed or form you submitted, if known
- The provider's name, if available
- An account of what happened and the result you would like
How We Handle Your Complaint
We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the concern and may contact the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.
Asking for Further Review
If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, the state licensing board may also be able to assist.
